I am having an issue getting those final two digits! I really don't care how I get the numbers, as long as they don't change when I sort/filter/etc. So at first I tried just giving every record a unique key, but then decided to make a serial number with the following format: "ddmmyy-#", where the first 6 digits are the date of the transaction and final two digits are the unique transaction numbers. I am creating a finance tracking sheet for myself and would like to create a static serial number to be able to refer to when I get reimbursements (I upload all my transactions once a week, so things won't really change historically after that).
